Changelog for v0.269

Features:
-Worldmap campaign "the wall" environment change
-IAP texts changes
-You are now able to lock equipments for accidental selling, refine or enhance.

** Lock equipment by clicking on the lock in inventory/equip menus. Locked equipment cannot be sold or use as material for enhancement or refinement. You are still able to equip, enhance or refine locked equipment.***


Fixes:
-Players not getting achievement despite clearing training had been fixed
-other misc fixes

Fireball ranged increased to 4 from 3.
Firestrike / Incinerate - test fix for possible burning multiplier not working.
Gravity - now does magic damage that scales with skill level
Shield Bash - no longer turns target around.
Helmsplitter penetration enhanced at all levels to a max of +45%

Burning - now does 5% of max HP every 0.2s for 3s.
Poison - now does 5% of max HP every 0.2s for 3s.
