Bug Fixes:
-Fix achievement hangs UI controls
-Character stats info UI improvement
-Fix result menu UI position not synchronized for all devices

Ripple damage reduced by 20% at all ranks (now max is 70% ATK). Can STILL score a critical hit.
Steel Tempest penetration reduced 15% at all ranks.

Damage scaling buffs to:

1) Fists
2) Katanas
3) Great Swords
4) Great Axes
