The function for evolving equipment will be removed after the 11th of May. Please evolve all equipment that you wish to before then.

For players who are concerned about removal of evolve system means break of game (Everyone will naturally think it means that non paying players will not be able to reach a point powerful enough to stay competitive with paying players which is not the case)

I will do an explanation over why we choose to remove the equipment evolution system

1) All lower rarity equipments will get buffed with new abilities to stay competitive with higher rarity equipments. It means if the player can think of a combo which has good synergy in the team, a lower rarity equipment can now beat legendary equipments. (Do note all equipments regardless of rarity has the same stats)

2) Many equipments can now possess very interesting ability which is not overpowered but fun to use

3) More mix and match element of the game adds variety to the game mechanics. (PVP players will not see the same old end tier legendary/epic equipments every time they face new opponent as lower rarity equipments can now be added to the PVP meta since they are now comparable)

4) Free up your inventory

e.g Previous system makes end game players has characters wearing the same equipments as other players' characters as there are only these few end tier equipments around. New system makes all players utilize every single equipment they possess.


TL;DR Conclusion:
Lower rarity equipments - All will get buffed.
Previous system - Limited viable end tier equipments to think of good strategy
New System - Every single equipment are now end tier items regardless of rarity to think of good strategy.

So why bother getting a higher rarity equipment then? I will say for cosmetics and more combo options to think of when building up your team. But owning legendary items will never overpower lower rarity items again.

Leather Jumpsuit - 10% EVA, +5 Spd (new)
Shadowscale - now legendary, no longer evolves from Leather jumpsuit

Environmental Suit - now legendary, counts as clothing now not robes

Moon Bow 月弓 - no longer evolves from Mistral
Critical +10% for each Focus.
All ranged skills have their range increased by 1.

Iron Gospel - add +10% Accuracy
King of Clubs - no longer evolves from Iron Gospel.
add 15% melee Life-steal, removed specials inherited from Iron Gospel

Hand of Justice - removed knockback on crit,added Bonus +10% Critical for each Focus
Fist of Polaris - no longer evolves from Hand of Justice.
added 50% damage as Light damage, removed specials inherited from Hand of Justice

Dark Sphere -
Affliction Potency +40%
30% damage as Dark damage

Eye of Balor - no longer evolves from Dark Sphere. Removed specials inherited from Dark Sphere
Range +1
Lifesteal+10%
Inflicts a random status ailment on basic attack
