I had to replace my previous Tablet withe a new one due to a cracked screen and I need to know how to transfer my info from one game to the next

If you have linked the account via Gamenami, you can simply sign in to Gamenami in the new device and the data will move over automatically.

But how do I do that on the original device whenever there is no option to link, create, or login to an account?

You can click on your character image on the top left of the screen in the Tavern screen.
The options popup will have a "G" icon.
Tap on the "G" icon to open up the option to link your account to Gamenami.
