The game's AI overprioritizes healing skills. This makes AI opponents excessively easy to defeat: just beat them up a little bit, and they'll heal each other for 90 HP rather than bashing you for 900.
The 0.177 change to prevent repetition mitigates this slightly, but the AI still prefers healing...and there's just not enough time for it to get back in the fight that way.

There will be AI presets coming soon (Tank, Healer, attack etc.) . The devs are working on the code needed.
