Sorry for the inconvenience. There is some database values inconsistency, thus causing weird quest enemies positions to be up.
It had been fixed and apk update is not needed.
As for midnight club tiles missing, please restart the game to see the tiles. If there's no change, the only way is to clear your game cache to see it.
