Network related issues can be caused by a multitude of reasons (e.g. router,ISP,cable,firewalls)

To assist our team in identifying the root cause, players can help by providing some of these information.

Checking to see if issue is due to network infrastructure issues in your region or en-route:
Step 1: Download this application or any other application that can run the "traceroute" command on your device.

Step 2: Enter "chronoclash.gamenami.com" in the text box and press the "Trace" button.

Step 3: Wait awhile for the tracing to complete and let our team know if there was an error in the report.
Email our support team at cc_support@gamenami.com with the following information:
- The country where you are using your mobile device currently.
- Network provider(if any). e.g. AOL, Comcast etc
- Screenshot of the traceroute report or the line where there is an error reported.
