how come a guild with only 2 active players can reach +21000 infamy in a week?

This seems to be a bug. The team is looking into it and the account level has been reverted to the correct level based on the accumulated XP points.

Ummm... Wrong answer devs. How about "we have banned them permanently" rather than this whimpy reset and looking into it answer.
