Guild chats disappearing almost every hour?

I think we have a communications problem. All the Guild Chats are resetting continuously. Help?

Thanks for the report.
We are aware of the issue and are looking into a fix.
This is caused by the chat provider and we will have to find an alternate provider or custom build a different fix.

Can you give us an update on fixing Guild Chats? With no other Guild functions (IE Guild War), losing chat every hour is killing guild system.....

Lately the bug has become heavy and making unusable the guild chat.

Staff says it's not a matter of coding but a trouble with the server they're currently using and that they're infact finding for a new server.
we're ALL patiently waiting for the solution. And we can't scream. This is a Beta testing version. (even if from ages :-) )

What's sure is that this bug kills all the world of guilds.
In practice we're all stand alone players with only the public board to communicate each other.

Please keep out of the game ANY guild event till the problem is solved ! That would only add troubles at the current troubles.

I say to all players that when the host speak of server related troubles often it's a matter of money... so if it would be so, it could stay this way even for a long long time..

The latest version v0.204 fixes the chat disappearing issue.
Do update to that version :)
