Account Linking Issues

Hello all, i am trying to log into my account with a new phone but it says my account has been linked with a different account. I have searched the Forums and tried to follow a previous instruction but i do not see the help button. I have also sent a request for help previously, but i have not seen any replies in my email. Thank you for any assistance!
