Good Day i hope you can help me with my account issue.

-i've been playing this game originally on my mobile phone, then i found out that this game is available on facebook so i immediately signed up (both to facebook and gamenami) when i finally started the facebook version of the game. it just put right in the start of the tutorial and when i had the chance to log in it keeps saying the account is linked with a different account.

so i tried to to uninstall it from facebook re install in the hope that it will allow to start over to login first on the gamenami account. but still nothing

Need to know your account name. Could you send Gamenami a support request?
Tap the G icon on the smartphone version of your game > Help > Send a support request.

That'll automatically append your account details to Gamenami so you won't have to enter them.
