Unable to continue new player

Loaded game did some sorties. Completed sortie to unlock IV ship by paying for her supplies. Game sends me to hanger no ship called IV or place to pay for these supplies. Tried doing sortie again but in infinite loop until I pay for these damn supplies. Uninstalled and reinstalled game didn't help.

What am I missing here or is this bug?

Hi Max, there was a bug with the ship pricing. We've added credits for you and will be patching the tutorial.
