* Payments Related Issues

If you encounter any payments related issues, you can contact us by tapping the Gamenami "G" icon > Tap "Help" .
To help us process the issue faster, please provide the following information:
- Your player name in the game
- The transaction ID of the payment with the issue
e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345 (For Google Play Payments*)
e.g. 912345678901234 (For Facebook Payments)
You can also email us at sb_support@gamenami.com with the information.
Payments sometimes do not get through the system due to various reasons. If this happens to you, rest assured that we will manually verify your transaction and credit your purchase if you can provide the above information for our processing.

Or the email that Google may have sent to your email.
