Playing on my android phone, game froze on loading screen while playing, restarted game and phone and it freezes on initializing user every time I try to open the game

i had the same problem, but i try to load the game and stay in initialize user all time, network run good, other games load, but not this.

There was an error with trying to connect to the database server.
We have identified the issue and fixed it now.

You can redeem a Gamenami Coupon Code with "outage" to get 50 Free Unobtainium due to this issue. You will need to redeem them before 25 May.

I am going crazy ,because the damn game wont load ,gives me the option to CLOSE or FORUM after I get the error message
