HI, some games have a guild mail feature so members of guild can send messages to facilitate communication. That was a leader or officer could send tips to current members and then when new members joined, tips could be just sent to them.

Yeah, and this would probably stop me from having to download yet another messaging app once guilds start to actually do things!
