Didn't Get My Unubtanium

I bought the $5 pack of Unubtanium today, and it didn't credit to my account. Can you guys fix this?
If it helps at all, I bought it using mostly Google Play credit. (Something like $4.67 was credit, which might have something to do with the issue.)

I have bought 19.99$ pack and at first Unobtainium appear, but when I want to use it error mesage appears, and all disapear. I arleady have written to support, I suggest the same. Still waiting for answer.
