Ellipse 1

I just bought $20 in Unobtanium, partially in order to unlock the Ellipse, but get an error when I try to unlock it... The game just says

Error Code: "dbr: not found"

My in-game name is VoeJozzo, just like on the forums. Is there some advice or help that I can get for this?
