Battle Galaxy v0.96 updates:

Browser + Mobile

Updates:
- Fixed bug with guest login on some devices
- Fixed wrong stars "color" for loot display
- Upgraded Campaign mode to new combat system
- Added indicator in fleet manage for ships with no weapon
- Added zoom function for ships in hangar

...And there goes the PvE combat system for the new PvP one that most people hate. Oh goodie.

Cos they don't understand how to use the ship special attack in the new system. They want it to fire immediately.

It's not like they/us don't understand this new system, more like we are extremely annoyed with it. Less control over the flow of the battle, therefore less fun. Either the specials should be charged and activated separatedly from minor guns, or at least we should have a possibility to choose targets for targeted specials when they are charged, not before charging them. It actually does a lot of sense in a sci-fi RPG setting for specials/abilities to activate separately from usual attacks

My complaint about the specials is simple. The delay is unacceptably long. First, you have to go through a normal delay, then forgo your normal attack, and wait for another 1.5 times the normal delay for the special to go off? Worse, all of your leaders abilities are reset based upon firing, so, in effect, you are required to give up 1.5 leaders hit point or shield repair.

The only way I can manage to kill some of the better players' ships are when they go into their Special Attack delay...

Oh, and btw? Not sure what "Leach" is supposed to do, but it posts 5%...and seems to be doing more like 25%...I'm not able to read the description, for I don't have that leader. But a frigate with leach is killing a 30k hp ship in two shots.
