Upgraded lower lv ship over dual's lv, how to get it back?

Please do the following to get your lower level ship back:
1. buy a patrol boat
2. switch to the lower level captain
3. go to shipyard to get your previous mistakenly upgraded lower level ship (shop will only give you the ship with the upgrade level you can use)
