Where I can find the mechakaiju again?

After defeating Mechakaiju in your primary quest once, you will not be able to fight him again.
If you want to fight Mechakaiju again, you will need to complete the water temple secondary quest first.
Then you will find the water temple in one of the subquest.
After passing that quest, you can repeatedly click the water temple to start the boss battle with mechakaiju.
