MAXED EXP at LVL 220

dear sir,

is the game really designed that once a captain reach lvl 220 and gained the full exp bar.... we are supposed to get 0 exp on the next activity.. either we do CW, pvp, skirmish or explore.....

so atm getting full exp bar on 220 will be like a DEAD END...

hope u guys can enlighten us on this topic

not sure what happened but i lvled up when i click now....
