Costume Requests - Captain Harlock & Queen Emeraldas

I'm a big fan of the Captain Harlock and Queen Emeraldas anime and I was very happy to see the Arcadian battleship ship guise in the game.

I was wondering if it is OK to make requests for things like costumes for the game?
