This update will be applied on 3 Apr 2014 Server Time.
The amount of damage blocked by armor will be calculated as follows:
(Armor*0.02)/(0.65+Armor*0.02)/1.8
The current formula used for the same calculation is:
(Armor*0.02)/(0.65+Armor*0.02)/2.5
All active captains will receive a FREE Reassign Stats Token as part of this update on 3 Apr 2014 Server Time.
