I have played a week without receiving any additional Quests.
I am now at Lvl.55 with 2 outstanding Quests(Gate Crashers, Join A Clan)
and have not received a third Quest since the last one completed in
Tylerion brought my progress there to 81%.

There are only a limited number of quests.
- The main storyline is complete up until Corxas (which is in development - released "soon")
- The clan storyline
- The side quests in each individual area, which are typically very short
- The PvP quest
I may be missing a few, which others might be able to post.
But, overall, once you make progress beyond what quests are currently released, you "graduate" from the storyline portion of the game. From there, it's up to you how you want to play.
