For selected (random) users using Chrome version 80, you will encounter issues logging into the game from Facebook due to an issue between Facebook and Chrome.
Solutions:
- Wait for Facebook to address the bug
- Switch to FireFox or other browsers for the time being
- Login from https://gamenami.com instead
