Update: Invite Friends Energy + New Monthly Energy Package

Due to the recent major policy changes and restrictions from Facebook, the friends invite system will be disabled and the monthly energy bonus will be removed.
- Referral bonuses for inviting new players to the game with your personal referral code will continue to remain.
- Captains can purchase a highly discounted 1k Energy package every month from the Ocho shop using Ocho coins*.
