1) Pacified Clans will be able participate in Skirmishes.
2) Revised Clan deletion criteria - Clans MUST have at least 10 members AND 5 active members to not get deleted.
3) Automated Clan deletion - Clan who fall below the above requirements will be given 2 weeks notice by the system before the clan get deleted automatically. Clans which are deleted by the system are non recoverable.
