Hi,

There was never any "bonus", it was a bug. If the bug offers you $10 in goods which you did not buy, and you abused that bug and used up the $10 instead, then the person really commiting theft here is you.

slight differance between cyber money and real money

$10 in goods which you did not buy (bug stated buy 50 Ocho's which they did)

...its great entertainment though FLAME ON!

Disclaimer - My earlier post does not "side" me with LL/Devs on this issue, I am actually neutral on the matter especially since I have not bought any Ocho this month and therefore could not abuse this bug even if I wanted to. However, I do believe it is unfair for Tyler to be accused of theft when players are the ones that abused a bug within the game.

I remember one time in our casino - the promotions manager made a mistake by setting up a promotion without having first been given authority from management. Basically, what happened was that the casino software had a front end that the promo department could access and set up an automated promotion based on whatever parameters were entered. In this case it was something like a $100 bonus on deposits of $50 to be played on roulette. For the customer however, the bonus was not automatic. A coupon code had to be redeemed and it was not redeemable unless a deposit was actually made. Fortunately, the promo did not go live.

What about this fab? what's your equation on this one? abusing the bug and not realising u're actually abusing a bug is 2 different thing.

and the answers given to those who did not realise they are actually abusing a bug is:
"you're collateral"

I think you should verify this with a lawyer: Based on my understanding in the above scenario if you DO actually spend the 10M which is OBVIOUSLY not yours, you do not get to keep it, in fact, you go to jail bad boy!

Hi LL, the fact that u +1 Juice comments could be an evident used to show that u are aware of the false rumors, and u did not stop nor rectify it, u are already liable for your negligence. You should consult your lawyer too.

Hi VJ, what if the bank(let's say LL) and their staff (staff placed in the game who definitely have heard of the issue from the other players affected) knows about the problems and failed to stop the epidemic spending of its customers. btw sorry took me quite a while to reply, they banned me from the forum just like everybody else, u see it's been quite already. =) This might just be my last post too with this account. Cheers. I think by banning me shows that i made a point he can't debate, i wasn't flaming him at all.
