My AP bank is showing -1000 AP's for no reason.

Rumour has it that you have removed the advertsied ocho bonus given for ocho purhcases in December. If correct i should inform you that the only reason i purchased ochos was because of the advertised bonus and i consider your withdrawal of the bonus as a theft. Which I will report to local trading standards office if you do not refund this theft imediately.

The AP removed was from the supposed 1k AP you get from purchasing at least 50 ocho (which was NOT officially announced) this month (January, not December)...I think.

In which thread, page, promotional banner was there? As far as i know, not in Jan.

People are talking about an unofficial announcement but where and how was it announced? When I received the AP, I assumed it was because I had purchased a certain amount of ocho. I would not have expected it for 50 ocho, mind you. I bought more than that.

I understood it was for accumulating purchased ochos in december, and the 1000 AP original bonus was paid when i did so.

it would only have been on the BS daily news announcments on the login welcome page, or in the Tyler promotions advertsied on the ocho shop. I dont look anywhere else.

Whatever its not there now.

Why does it matter? Clearly enough other people thought the exact same thing given the noise on this forum about it.

There was never any "bonus", it was a bug. If the bug offers you $10 in goods which you did not buy, and you abused that bug and used up the $10 instead, then the person really commiting theft here is you.

if you're talking about reporting, its not on the basis of false promise of advertisement or theft.

it's better like this for example:
it's like a bank account, u only have 1m, out of nowhere one day u have 10m, u spent them all thinking it must be a loyalty bonus incentives, and the next thing u know, u owe them 9m for spending the 9m that doesn't belong to u. it's a method of tricking u into having a debt. now to continue having the feature of this game (AP bank/buy AP), u have to pay up a sum of i believe 100 ocho which is equivalent to $10. they now effectively have account receivable of $10 x the number of players in SIOS who has the same problem unless u quit the game.
---> It's actually against our human rights, that we re tricked into a some sort of a 'debt' we did not realise we've taken.

again most of the time when companies made these errors, they have decent business ethics to forsake what's lost.
