Same here Amanda, I saw it on my Port News and figured it was part of a Promo for New Years or January or whatever. But now that they have said it was an error in the system and not something planned, I think that should make it all pretty clear now as to why 1kAP has been removed.

I just don't understand why people feel like it is "due" to them. :/

I dunno sam, that way you'd be able to pay your debt over time. Like this it's worse, you have to buy ocho to bring your balance to normal.

well, except it's only 800 bc of the 200 ap rebate coming tmrw...
but still. that's ~4 days of no ap regen (and then waiting for another bit for your ap balance to go positive again before you can war/whatever.)

Nah, this way they can't guarantee paying the debt at all.

And the other way, if they were going to buy AP again, they'd probably do it right now to pay off their debt (or be unable to play for days lol).

If they had done that I could have paid it back without being forced to make another ocho purchase. I would just have had to wait a few days and it would have been corrected.

If this was a genuine bug, and so far i have only seen other posters telling me so, not Tyler, then I am happy to pay it back through Ap regen, but I am not happy being forced to spend yet more money.

A debt's a debt. At least that way you wouldn't have to spend any money to get rid of it.

By selecting, items which have no value once used you bias the argument in favor of not "yeah it makes no sense to take them back since they're already used".

APs are rechargeable, a rechargeable battery would be a better although not perfect metaphor.

Look at it this way.. the people who are going to pay it back are people who would have been willing to pay for AP anyway. People who wouldn't have ocho'd that AP can just leave it at negative.
