Randomizing weekend token renewals (POLL)
Hi,
I was wondering this already few weeks ago, but this weeks wars (which more or less sucked ;) made me post this here to ask for confirmation from you all. What I would like is that tokens for clans would come after 3 hours + some randomized time, like 1 to 120 minutes. This would make the wars less predictable and make us war more. So people, cast your votes and tell me if I'm just an idiot for even daring to suggest this.
(Tyler: warring more costs more AP and makes us buy more AP, you get money from it)

I don't see why not... CMs can still rez their fort every 5 hours or earlier if they wish. Or later too.

Not a bad idea in theory but it will make it harder to organise wars and if you miss a war (go to sleep/go out, etc) and expect to make the one after but it comes early. That would be very annoying.

Well, the current system is good I think. So, what is the reason for that? You need more war (by reducing the cooldown time by 0-119 minutes) or tired of facing the same clan over the weekend war?
once every 5 hours is already much and draining many APs and only few people will be able to buy ochos every week.
Also, there are different interval of a fort floating during the weekend so that some forts may float longer than the other which will randomize the order of the next war a bit. Just manage to float as long as possible or wait the right timing to salvage the fort, as every clan eventually has extra times before weekend war period is over. And not every clan can manage to salvage every 5 hours.
And if the war is being more brutal nowadays, that may be because lots of people buy ochos since there are a lot discounted ocho item.

if after you sink, you know how long the random time is, then +1
if you have to keep watching it to find out, then -1
i'm all for it if after the fort sinks, the salvage timer pops up with say 3 hours, and 45 minutes, but if the timer just says 3 hours, and then you have to come back in 3 hours to find the random add on, then i think it's a bad idea

I was thinking so that the time would be know, so that the cooldown counter always shows you the time left until the token renews, only thing that changes is that the time is not constant 5 hours.
Thus making the organizing easy for clans ("We rezz always when it's zero" or "Come to chat we'll ninja after it's zero" or "it'll be XX:XX sios, get to chat after it's zero, and we'll keep talking shit about every one else while we wait")

It should be 4hrs + 0-120 mins to keep it the same.
If you are sick of facin the same clan throughout the weekend then just push your rezz time by an hour.

how about token system. 1 token every 5 hours 2 tokens max. clans can rerezz just like the weekdays.

Randomizing tokens wont be any useful in GB. I dont see the use of this proposal though.
