How do I use AP? Yes is the proper answer. The bank is for whenever you run out and want to keep playing, does not matter if it is for warring, pvp, outposts, monsters, bosses or exploring, the AP bank is there for when you run out. And when it runs out, then you pop open that wallet and grab some ocho and voila, you have more AP, if you want to keep playing.

usually AP in my AP bank goes to clan war but some days I just like to smash things in SIOS and I take a bunch of AP out to hit anything in my path - outposts, solo a POI, something like that :)
