Where can I find the ember shop that has the long range weapon called "time bomb"?

On the wiki site for the game, there is the following..

Time Bomb

I can not find the ember shop. This item is also needed for crafting.

i was informed that you go to the clan screen.. click on skirmish.. and in the top center.. is the ember shop.. thanks for the info JB..
