Problems in Ocho Shop after yesterday's server downtime

I tried to buy some AP from Ocho Shop but an error message appeared.

I didn't get my AP, but the respective ochos were discounted from my account.

I have sent a ticket, but there's no answer until now.

The "use" button on "Get more Energy" window isn't working too. It's happening the same: I click, my ochos are discounted but no AP is put into the bank.

Anyone else experiencing problems with Ocho Shop?

Can you try sending the support ticket again?
It seems the support mail was getting blocked on the new server and has just been fixed.

We have identified the affected transactions and have manually fixed and given the missing item to affected captains.
The issue has also been resolved.
