Jade Isles how to make Water Temple appear?

I know I need to find the water temple to find Mechakaiju, but it's not there the quest. How to make the quest appear?

Dear Mr.IceCream,

I've attached the screenshot for your knowledge, you have to finish your "SECONDARY QUESTS" eg. the monsters NPC hunting, etc all the way beginning from the Azure Atoll --> Tylerion --> Nasser --> Corxas --> Jade Isles, only then it will appear in your quest as shown below.

I hope that is clear for you.

P/S: please noted that I've upload similar post before in the BS Monster Sinking & Quest Help Club FB Group, somehow someone deleted that useful post as I'm not the admin over there.
