How am I so out of touch?

So, Ok I'll admit, I don't actually know when the last time I logged on was. A very long time ago for sure.

But when I left, I was doing quite well with PVP. I would rarely lose. But I jumped on today because of nostalgia (I loved/love this game so much, spent so much money :O) and I cannot kill ANYONE. 75% of the time I cannot catch them, and then even if I do, it's the last volley and there is no way I can one volley kill them.

How am I so out of touch? What has changed so much that my setup is useless?

Any information would be greatly appreciated! HELP!

In your winning replay, you were attacked by a cannonner and he charged right into your rams.
In your losing replay, you got countered by a sub gun build used to keep range from a rammer while whittling them down with subs.

Not an expert but you seem to have a lot of capacity to spare.
The crest is definitely outdated. Hull might be too slowing.

You also might want to try to use Sabotage to disable his Feint.

Trying to ram against soldiers is a bad idea since:

Preemptive striker = you lose
Feint = you lose (most of the time)

And at your level most players are using the gunship which has always been OPed for that level. Ram pvping is pretty hard until level 130 when you get the first good ranged rams.

Also, your hull and crest are slowing you down by close to 200 speed. Just adding a new hull and crest that increase speed could make the difference.
