FB captain account and Gamebatte not synching?

My FB Battlestation client captain account lvl is 27.

But when i logged in Gamebatte and start playing Battlestation it starts from new captain opening like Setting captain name, gender, color etc.

But i already in lvl 27. Why i cant play from gamebatte from lvl 27.

N:B: My gamebatte is linked with facebook too.

Suggestion please.
