This update will take effect from 19 Apr 16 Server Time:
- After further reviews and feedback, the minimum points needed to control an Outpost will be lowered to 2,000 points.

This level is more workable for all. At least most of us don't have be constipated everyday looking at the outposts and thinking of contributing whatever droppings we could muster for Kartika's daily diet. A big thank you for considering our logical proposal.
