If you want to balance Clan War in Tier S REMOVE BONUS TOKENS AND ADDT'L FORT HP.
3 fort sinks everyday to stay in Tier S. If they didn't get 3 fort sinks in that day, they will go down to Tier A on the next day, and those Tier A clans who got 3 fort sinks they have the chance to war in Tier S. This changes wouldn't feed HADES by TaD and JUGGERNAUT by witch demon EVERYDAY.

Same with Tier A/B...
