Clan Membership Limit

Since 1 year ago, suppose to "The clan membership limit will be progressively lowered to 100."

Feb announce 1x, September reduce 1x then nothing

Anyone knows if there is still a minimum 20 members required in order for the clan to be able to remain warring? There still over 10 active warring members in my clan but we have slowly seen members leaving without any new ones joining and has unable to keep to the 20 members target... The rest would probably retire if the clan is unable keep its warring status...

Think the limit is 10 now for warring status
