The additional tokens price formula will be simplified to as follows (on 14 Oct 2015 Server Time):

For Tier S Clans:

Warchest Gold Needed = 5 Billion * 0.7 ^ (X - 1)

Where:
X = Ranking of Clan in Tier S

Note: Minimum Gold required will be 25 Million Gold in Tier S

For Tier A Clans:
All clans will require 15 Million Gold / Additional Token regardless of sinks

For Tier B Clans:
All clans will require 5 Million Gold / Additional Token regardless of sinks

To the crafty devs:

For those who had some second thoughts why this update is taking place, let me enlighten you - the big boys in HADES cry waaaay too loud. I am from that same clan that limits HADES floating time and gives them daily HELL - 1LionHearts (LH). It took my clan 2 months to bring down our sink total from over 600 sinks to below 300 sinks, so we can become bonusable and give HADES the spanking they deserve. Their strength is so oped that it is 2 times greater than the combined strength of the next 3 strongest clans (sometimes reaching 30-35mil dmg per wave which basically takes 30 secs to wipe out a full 80mil-hp fortress). After 2 months of struggle, huge gold donations and so on, we finally got where we wanted to be and give HADES some good time and most iportantly some very competitive warring. For one week HADES keep biting the stick and what follows? This cute little update. Oh, and I forgot to say we don't fight only HADES, we fight their fleet as well in the face of XF, JOY and the numerous minions. One small clan like LH managed to beat HADES fleet to such an extend as to cause this update to take place?? Well done LIONS - we fooked them all!!! Thanx for the attention.

This calculation assumes wealth in relation to clan rankings, which is wrong.

Maybe for the first 3 or 4 clans but then wealth is completely out of ratio for the next clans until the very last one.

If you use X to determine the cost then you need to also use the same ranking system in your calculation where clan war attack gold contributes to the war chest. Did you adjust that calculation first before this one you published?

Additional token system has been there for months, and NO ONE complained.

Suddenly it got changed and it benefits only ONE clan (by reducing its cost by 20% = 1B+), and the rest of the clans have to pay much more gold to buy a token, penalizing the others for nothing.

Nowadays in Tier S, most clans rezz with 3-15 members, the more active clans maybe 20+ members. Hardly see any clans rezzing with more than 30 members. And there you have a freak clan rezzing with 80+ members, almost 3-15x of any clan. On top of that, it has minion feeder clans and other high ranked clans like X and JY as allies. Something is definitely very wrong.

So, an OP'ed clan is made even more OP'ed. The rest are given a harder time to try to counter and balance that.

Every REAL BS player knows this is a bullshit update. A true clan will win fair and square without a multi army and under-table dealings. A so-called top clan will never gain respect in the game. For they can NEVER win an OFFICIAL BS tournament if they play fair.

why does devs do this? Because long ago this game is already DEAD. LoL. And devs only doing the finishing touches. Sooner or later, Hades will only be left at Sios. Adios! :p

Anyone that still wastes money on this game is pretty sad. At this point the devs are just trying to get as much as they can now before they close shop.

Seriously... why do you guys even worry about Hades, their multis and their endless ocho?

If the devs want to do something to improve the game (in tier S), they could put a cap on the numbers of sinks you gain from sinking the same clan. Something like 2-3 a day, would be a sensible number.

I won't hold my breath.

This update basically rules out Additional Purchase tokens for our clan...but that was most probably the desired effect. We were doing too well against them.
I assume they tried to think a way around there current fails with the rules as they were using their self proclaimed Master Tacticians, but short of ideas of their own well you see the result.
Having been outplayed by clans less than half their size they use bully and influence to maintain there top spot
I take it as a compliment that the 'top' Sios Clan has to offer beg or buy a rule change to get the goalposts moved.... for us sinks is about quality not quantity.

As such I applaud Tyler for helping out the most truly needy in Sios.
