Suggestions for balancing tier S
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to balance tier S, before war loses its meaning.
Any clan bumped up from tier A, doesn't stand a chance, and most try to avoid tier S by controlling sinks.
Total sinks for the top 5 clans in the last 60 days: 4457
Total sinks for the following 27 clans in the last 60 days: 4410
Something needs to change before this pushes more clans into inactivity.

I would say possible go to the old system where you controlled you clan power rather than sinks. That would give the chance for smaller clans to develop and not go to S if they go on a good run and get twatted. reducing the clan Size also and HP of forts quicker wars, but ability to Gang up on larger clans and also not burn as much AP in one war would also be a benefit. since even the larger clans are struggling with members running out of ap's this would make it quicker faster and possibly more of a fun game. If clan was to have only 50 members and level restrictions also this would also help.
Also there are a lot of Zombie clans that just feed HADES so getting rid of these and corpse molesting retarded F*tards Hades would also go some way to re-balance the game. Although we do like to sink those cottaging cum whores.

Hard to balance things out when you have developers who fully support the cheating that is going on and who are far too chicken shit to do anything about it . Anton has bought them lock stock and barrel . If you notice TaD haven't really rezzed today . Why ? Because they need to get to Tier B to load up on sinks so they can get back to Tier S and continue with their feeding of Hades . The real members in TaD have no idea whats going on .. They don't realise that their clan is being run by Mirza and his 'friends' simply to feed Hades at every opportunity .. Hades have accounts in all their feeder clans and the developers are more than aware of whats happening .. We met UFO in war today .. 3 of their captains that were hitting us -Ting Ting , A Long Hotdog , Son of Sam II all accounts being run by Mirza of Hades

Bonus hp gone after 5 minute, who to take down the big clan control the sky? 2nd & 3rd clan no more bonus hp, always get aim first to give bonus token. Is true some ppl like have many bonus token but not all. U try imagine how fun every 2 minute rez the fort just for float 1 minute. Now less & less clan active esp in tier S just for drop back to tier A.
Hope the dev doing something for the small ppl so the game become fun again. Last time was nice but all the good thing slowly been reverse 1 by 1. If all the small clan player drop or move to big clan, it will just getting worse & worse.

one of the biggest mistakes tyler also did was to even the xp needed between each level after lvl 200 instead of keeping the exponential xp need, because the top levelers lvl up way faster than the rest which means the gap keeps growing.
tyler also needs to decrease HP of all forts, remove rez cap which was implemented to prevent lag (no more lag, so remove the rule), and also increase fort armor according to attacker level.
I believe as well that clan power is now relevant unlike before

As long as there is a Tier S, there will be imbalance. So goes life. The debate on balanced CW has been going on for years.
