* Update: Clan War Salvage Cooldown & Bonus HP (25 Sep 14)

This update will take effect from 25 Sept 14 Server Time:

- The fort salvage cooldown timing will be reduced from 5 minutes to 2 minutes.
- Bonus Fort HP* will NOT be applied if a clan salvages their fort when there are 2 or more floating forts.

* Bonus Fort HP - this refers to bonus HP for salvaging against a stronger clan

It will fun to see as tempers rise and allies fight over rezz order, if they feel they always get the worst of it. :)
