Iron Curtain: 50 armor (Top 100 Prize)
Juggernaught Plating+5: 50 Armor (99 Ocho+refining)

Blitz plating is nowhere near as difficult to get, and as such is not deserving of such a strong armor. Giving it armor would be nice, but it will not be anywhere near 50. I doubt it will even get to 35 like Leviathan Armor (which is classified as a more rare item).

Simple. The devs could make the blitz plating upgradeable (event item+refining), thus acquiring +50 armor.

or

if the devs won't make it upgradeable (or the +50 is just too high), a +35 will do. Nonetheless, additional armor is needed for this plating to go blitzing!

15-25 armor is appropriate given the reasons miggy stated. Asking for 50 or even 35 is foolish.

I agree that in its current state, this hull is underwhelming.

I have learned that when asking the devs for something it is best that your message have three parts to insure it is taken seriously.
1.) the request
2.) why the request is reasonable
3.) How they can achieve the request.

Of you are missing 2 or 3, they do not usually waste their time. So your message should read

Lol. It also helps if you send it in as a support ticket... they reply much faster then on the forum, as they just assume everyone is trolling until there are like 12 topics about the same thing (EG, Homing Laser).
