Lol. This is what happened to me once. At first I thought maybe I double spin without knowing it, but I was pretty sure I didn't.

Sucked up 8k of my chips once if I remember correctly. It just keeps spinning and the more you spam the more chips you lose. Lol

I sent a Ticket to Tyler about my chips incident long back...
Had lost lot of chips in Roulette bug.. they told me to get a Screenshot to prove it.. and I had refreshed the game to see them missing and I told them to check my BS account logs....
They give a lame Excuse that they dont keep Caino Logs.. -.-
So dont bother sending them a Ticket....

The first instinct is to click the spin button multiple times ... to make an analogy, if your tab isn't loading, you would refresh spam.

I did click mine multiple times until all my chips were gone.

Whether we lost all the chips might be possible, but even then there should be a message saying 'You've lost your chips. Retry?' (As there is currently, but during the bug, it doesn't show)

And asking for a screenshot is really unfair, since you can't even put it in gif format. Even then a person's natural reaction would be to refresh the page entirely after getting the message 'not enough chips'. This would result in the loss of evidence that the roulette keeps spinning.
