Holy crap. Talk about over nerfing. All they had to do was take the damage down to around 250% OR take the range down to 1000. Not both. Also, RCSMk2 was fine. With only 1000 range, there wasn't a problem with them.

And adding some 60 more to the minimum is not a good way to try and pacify rammers.
