or make it /Nav damage increase for melee and missiles

Regarding the Tow Cable Interceptors:

This obviously is an LRR. Good thing Tyler is starting to impose more restriction on close combat weapons.
Now I wonder if they would add Blade of Asura CANNOT BE USED with Demon Scythe, just like Hecatonchier cannot be used with VI. Seems only fair as both are crafted + Casino items, and have insane D:W.
Or release the restriction on Heca + VI.

Post lvl 200 rams 2.4 ratio
Post lvl 200 subs 3.15 avg ratio -20% = 2.55 ratio
So with Blitz into it 2.4 + 5% = 2.46
Subs will EA 10% willl be back at 2.80
The key issue is Gunner ship has smaller capacity roughly 8% lesser, and taking out the parts and stuff the effective capacity will go even lesser slighlty. On top subs can only fill up to 60-70% of capacity so the offset there is shown between the skills and balancing out.
So 2.80 * 0.7 + 2.0*0.3 = 1.96 + 0.6 = 2.56
Without considering the cap gap.

Now comparing rams with rams and subs with subs...
Since lvl 200+ LRR have better d/w than most short range rams... then how about introducing lvl 200+ LRS (long range subs) with 1.2k+ range and better d/w than close range subs. Now that make sense. LOL

Jink/flares really should only be usable on attack. Pre-emptive strike on attack would be nice too. ;p
