DownGrade item option

i think game should allow player to downgrade weapons and part ( like de-craft item ).
To Downgrade some item to use with dual lower class will be flexible .

If I remember correctly, reversing an item upgrade is allowed only if it was a mistake on your part, and you need to send asupport ticked within something like 24 hours of the moment you did the mistake.

because it has a De-Craft item option already( Blow it up )
So Why not have De-Level item option too?
