why my build team 2 and 3 locked?
i have more than 50 crew and i've opened my 4th build team but this day my build team 2 and 3 is locked? this is bug?

same for me also in BS WTF is going on?
only bldng team 1,4 and 5 awailable to me now...in BS
2,3 are locked?

in SO now it shows 2 and 3 need ochos to unlock
