Alright. So it has been almost 2 months since it came out that MARS was running a Defense Line full of retired players and sharing high level accounts to cover all levels from 150-220.

The Devs have gone on and on about how there is no way to prove anything. Even though it is clear as day in the screenshots and the MARS leaderships response to it that it is legit.

Greg apologized and told us that Anton had left the clan, the admirals responsible for making the FB group for sharing accounts were demoted and future behavior would not be tolerated in the clan anymore. If the screenshots were fake or photoshopped to "set up" MARS, Greg would have fought it tooth and nail and called marsehole a lying, conniving f**k who couldn't prove shit. But he didn't because him and everyone knew that the screenshot was real and accurate.

So based on the screenshot, I propose banning the following from CW:
Belias
xXanonymousXx
SanYu Doank
Si Pocong
Ares Skywalker
LadyQueen

I also propose sanctions being imposed on the following:
Thomas Khielker
Lsu4Life69 (whoever the hell that is)
Jyamin
Ces Reichert
Antonius Chen
Alex Soon Zs
Jacob Robichaux
Mit Nguyen

Sanctions could include deleveling, armor/damage nerf during CW participation, or suggest your own in this thread.

If you really want to keep them in the game, but know an example needs to be made... cut the offenders AP bank in half. It may only be a slap on the wrist, but I think that's a pretty hard slap.

I thought that would be a great idea, but then I realized they all Ocho ap so it is all in their bank anyways and 250 is more then you get in a day so it doesnt really do anything.

I was against anything like temp ban from CW for the non-retired accounts or anything that would cause them to not be able to use AP as usual. Otherwise, this will hit Tylers pocketbook and it would ever happen.

Thats why I suggest banning the six strictly shared accounts and temporarily sanction the three that are active and share plus the FB collaborators that didnt share THEIR login info.

First and foremost, there is no question about it, the top 6 accounts must be banned from CW. There are a couple that have been well known inactive accounts for a while, but nobody really gave a shit until it was revealed that it was a wide scale plot by a few Mars leaders.

The other people should be sanctioned to where their effectiveness in CW is limited for one month (throwing out a random duration) and deleveling. How much to delevel should be based on a sliding scale. More for the lower levels and less for the higher levels (10 levels at 130 isnt too huge but 10 at 200 is).

As far as sanctions, nerf their armor during CW so they have a disadvantage against the defenders. Nerf their damage to the fort (50%?). I wouldnt affect their xp gains so that they are still encouraged to cw since it will still be the more convenient way to level. But their effectiveness in CW should be limited for a set duration.

I wouldnt punish the clan itself because of a few people, but if they decided to because it was done by captains in leadership, Id suggest the same armor nerf for the fort, lose their sw, and damage to other forts is reduced by x%... all for 1 month.

I fucked it up last night, I tried do drop it to 2 options, yes or no, but it reset the poll. Tried to put it back to the original to make the results repopulate, but it didnt work. No more posting srs bzns posts while drinking for me.

You know nothing is going to happen. It's sat for too long for Tyler to actually want to get the ball rolling and do anything about what happened. And it'll hurt their wallet. And not doing anything won't.
